Fighting the urge to call that one college professor who told the entire class on day one:
“If you’re here to be a wedding planner, you’re in the wrong place.”

Apparently corporate events counted… but weddings didn’t.

I almost walked out of the class that day because weddings were a lifelong dream. Instead, I stayed, finished the program, and built a career planning weddings anyway.

Turns out coordinating timelines, managing vendors, logistics, budgets, design, and 350+ guests is in fact… event planning. Who knew!

Wedding planning might not have a degree path, but it’s a real profession — and a pretty great one at that!

What a beautiful day — we’re so grateful to have been part of it!!!

P.S. Bella actually created these menus herself, but @scriptyourevent designed the other amazing signage for the day including the seating chart!
