Thankfully, there isn’t just one of me.

Because if you’ve ever seen a wedding day in action, you know that would be a terrible business plan.

While one is helping the bride with her shoes, someone else is setting ceremony unity. While one is cueing the processional, someone else is making sure grandparents are seated in the right seat because they weren’t at rehearsal. While one is tracking down a missing boutonniere, someone else is fluffing a veil, answering vendor questions, or making sure cocktail hour is ready to go.

Wedding days aren’t a one-woman show, and we wouldn’t want them to be.

One of my favorite things about Hustle & Bustle Events is that our couples don’t just get one person - they get a team of people who care deeply about their wedding day. People who notice the little things, jump in where needed, stay calm under pressure, and are willing to do whatever it takes to make the day run smoothly.

The reality is that the best wedding days happen when everyone works together behind the scenes so our couples can focus on what actually matters: getting married and celebrating with the people they love.

So here’s a little appreciation post for the team. I couldn’t do this without them, and honestly, I wouldn’t want to!

One of my favorite parts of wedding design is seeing how every detail works together🌿

The hand calligraphy, the paper selections, the vintage stamps, the soft color palette, the carefully chosen styling - each piece may seem small on its own, but together they create a first impression that feels intentional, personal, and completely unique to the couple.

What I love most is when those details don't stop with the invitation suite. Seeing the calligraphy, paper textures, and design elements carried through to the menu cards, place cards, and other day-of stationery creates a cohesive guest experience that feels thoughtfully curated from beginning to end.

A beautiful invitation suite does more than share the who, what, when, and where. It sets the tone. It gives guests their first glimpse into the celebration that's being planned with so much care. Long before the flowers are arranged or the tables are set, these details begin telling the story.

And when they're this thoughtfully designed, they deserve a moment in the spotlight.

A sterling silver cake set first used at a wedding in England in 1883… now being used again by the granddaughter it was passed down to. ✨

Some details at a wedding hold more than beauty - they hold generations of stories, memories, and love. Getting to watch this family heirloom become part of another wedding day felt incredibly special.

And somewhere down the road, it may someday be placed into the hands of their own daughter to continue the tradition all over again.
